TRANSFORMASI KEPEMIMPINAN DAN ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN MELALUI KECERDASAN BUATAN: LITERATUR TEMATIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran Atificial Intelligence (AI) / kecerdasan buatan dalam mentransformasi kepemimpinan dan administrasi pendidikan melalui pendekatan studi pustaka tematik. Sebanyak 37 artikel ilmiah yang terbit antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pola integrasi AI dalam konteks pendidikan. Kajian ini menyoroti empat domain utama, yaitu personalisasi pembelajaran, efisiensi manajemen administratif, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, serta tantangan etika dan kebijakan.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa AI berkontribusi dalam menggeser praktik kepemimpinan pendidikan dari model konvensional menuju pendekatan yang lebih strategis, adaptif, dan berbasis bukti. Teknologi ini memperkuat kapasitas institusi dalam menyusun intervensi pembelajaran yang kontekstual, mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya, dan mengembangkan kepemimpinan berbasis data. Meski demikian, penerapan AI juga menimbulkan tantangan signifikan, termasuk isu privasi data, potensi bias algoritmik, serta ketimpangan akses teknologi di berbagai konteks pendidikan.Studi ini menegaskan perlunya kerangka kebijakan yang inklusif dan tata kelola etis agar integrasi AI berlangsung secara bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan yang partisipatif dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, AI berpotensi menjadi mitra strategis dalam membentuk sistem pendidikan yang lebih cerdas, adil, dan berkeadaban.
