PERILAKU KESEHATAN DAN MANAJEMEN LINGKUNGAN DALAM MENCEGAH PENULARAN INFEKSI TUBERKULOSIS: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi perilaku dan manajemen lingkungan dalam mencegah penularan infeksi tuberkulosis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Reviews menggunakan database Semantic Scholar, Science Direct, Research Gate dan PubMed. Seleksi artikel dilakukan menggunakan metode diagram PRISMA (Preferred Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) yang menemukan 12 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa perilaku negatif seperti meludah sembarangan, morokok aktif, tidak mencuci tangan, vaksin BCG yang tidak diketahui dan batuk tidak menutup mulut serta kondisi lingkungan yang penuh sesak, ventilasi kurang baik, sanitasi yang tidak memadai, anak usia dibawah 5 tahun, keluarga besar yang tinggal bersama seperti bibi, paman, adik, kakak, dan pengetahuan kurang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penularan TB.
